All our products are handcrafted, and therefore all sales are final. We will gladly provide a full refund or exchange (based on current availability) if the product is defective. All products must be returned within 14 days of receiving them in their original condition. 

We regret to inform you that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All products are inspected carefully for quality before shipping to our customers.
